Refund & Return Policy

At Smitten, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Refunds and Returns

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Intimates and underwear are final sale for hygiene reasons, unless defective.

  • Sale or clearance items may not be eligible for a refund. Refer to the product listing for details.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Email us at support@smittenxoxo.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • We’ll provide you with a return authorization and instructions.

  • Ship the item(s) back using your preferred shipping method. We recommend using a trackable service.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and your order details. We’ll offer a replacement or full refund.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the unwanted item and place a new order for the correct size or color.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Intimate apparel (underwear, lingerie)

  • Sale or clearance items (if noted as final sale)
