Eligibility for Refunds and Returns

Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Intimates and underwear are final sale for hygiene reasons, unless defective.

Sale or clearance items may not be eligible for a refund. Refer to the product listing for details.
How to Initiate a Return

Email us at support@smittenxoxo.com with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll provide you with a return authorization and instructions.

Ship the item(s) back using your preferred shipping method. We recommend using a trackable service.
Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and your order details. We’ll offer a replacement or full refund.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the unwanted item and place a new order for the correct size or color.
